a little About me

My name is Justine and over the years I've lived in Jamaica, Florida, Greece, and have called the beautiful Cayman Islands my home for over 15 years.  I have been a video store clerk, an underwater videographer, a Dolphin Trainer, a Marine Mammal Specialist and a Wholesale Distribution Business owner.  

During the pandemic I decided to take a look at my life as a whole and realized it was time to make a change.  If the pandemic taught me one thing, it is the importance of taking care of your mind, body and spirit as a whole and not looking at them as individuals, they are just pieces of the puzzle.

I am a Board Certified Natural Wellness Practitioner, an International Registered Natural Health Practitioner, a Certified Master Herbalist and a Certified ZYTO Specialist.  During this journey to wellness I have gained a whole new respect for plants and their medicinal healing properties and the importance of balance in life and work.  My hope is to help as many people as I possibly can in achieving their personal optimal health through natural teachings.
